Omni Promotional accepts the following payment types online at omnipromo.com or over the phone:

For all online payments by credit, debit or check card the payment is authorized and held by your financial institution at the time the order is placed to confirm the card is valid. You will be charged for your Omni Promotional purchase prior to your item(s) being shipped. In the event the order is canceled, the authorization hold will expire by the terms of your bank or financial institution, typically within 5 to 7 business days.

Orders may be split into multiple shipments or even multiple orders. Because we pre-calculate shipping charges when items are shipped, the freight designation has changed and/or the charges have adjusted, this may result in multiple charges or refund of charges at that time. The total amount charged per item should add up to the amount displayed when the order was placed. The shipping charges may differ only due to changes made between charging the card actual shipping.

Please note Omni Promotional does confirm address verification AVS and CVV validation at the time of purchase. If a purchase is declined or rejected, funds in your account will release within 3-5 business days.

 

Return Policy

It is our commitment to provide premium products. If you are not completely satisfied with your Omni Promotional purchase, we will make it right. If Hardware that broken or otherwise damaged will be replaced.  If your order was a custom printed item, we will work with you to fix the issue, but there are no refunds on custom printed items.

Omni’s satisfaction guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or naturally caused accidents.

If you have received your Omni Promotional purchase, and the hardware or custom manufacturing defect in the materials or workmanships, please contact your sales rep or email wingman@omnipromo.com detailing your issue, and we will fix immediately either by replacing or managing via warranty.

Returning Items
Should you be returning a hardgoods item, if it is a manufacturers defect or it was damaged in the shipping process, we will cover the shipping and you will need to work with your sales rep to secure a UPS Call Tag.  Proof of purchase is required.

Please retain all product packaging until you’re completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Please return the product and all packaging together.

Returns
Please include your name, email address and proof of purchase. Proof of purchase can be a receipt, packing slip, order confirmation, etc. If you do not have proof of purchase you are not out of luck, we can help. Please contact us at 1.800.419.6664
